Technical Support
Our Maintenance procedure :
- Service calls are generated on a 3 to 6 weeks basis to improve printer productivity.
However, if a breakdown occurs service calls must be reported to our office immediately. Effective control is exercised on the outstanding time of service calls.
- Service turnaround times are closely monitored and are usually attended to under 2 hours and should under normal circumstances not exceed 4 hours. A 24 hour service is available to all clients on all their equipment.
- A full report on each machine’s history, as well as outstanding time of total service is monitored continuously and is available to the customer.
