The venture was founded in May 1994 as a closed corporation by Quintin Sutton and Dirk van der Westhuizen. After the passing of the founding members, the current members with collective 65 years experience, took over the reins. The company’s original operations were the marketing and maintaining of multi function centres and laser printers.
